I'm reading a Childrens book version of this story. There are 19 chapters in total and I want to read at least one a day. Fortunately this is a parallel, bilingual text so its more about studying the chapters than merely reading them.
I am not doing as much as I would like to keep my Spanish going. I want to get to the point where I am doing some audio lessons every morning and evening.
Ideally, I could do a Pimsleur lesson in the morning on way to school, some pages in a workbook, do some reading and do a different type of audio lesson on the way back.
Maybe do about 20 minutes worth of grammar drills in the evening or something...
I really need to go ahead and finish off all these workbooks that I have for Spanish, it should help in consolidating all the loose ends from beginners Spanish as far as GRammar goes, and I need to make a better effort to work on Pimsleur Spanish.
The next time I buy a language course, I want it to be something like Assimil or Learn Spanish Like Crazy....both, I hear, are really, great courses.
I'll probably go with LSLC, cause I hear a lot of good things about it. I'd need both levels, I think to get the most out of it. But thats a long way off...First, I need to master beginners spanish.
